Traumatic Brain Injuries

ID: exh75214
This medical exhibit begins with an oblique and slightly superior view of the head and neck of a female. The brain is shown ghosted beneath the skin. This view reveals the left parietal lobe as well as the right temporal lobe in one image. The lobes of the brain and other pertinent normal anatomy are labeled. The second larger image is at the same orientation as the first and illustrates the site of the injuries including the high left parietal intraparenchymal hemorrhage and right temporal lobe hemorrhage.
