This series of illustrations depict disc injuries at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7. Discectomies are performed at C4-5 and C5-6 where there are herniations. Marrow blood is aspirated from C5 vertebral body and used for mixing with bone graft and filled PEEK implants with the bone grafts are inserted into these levels. A cervical plate is affixed to the vertebral bodies of L4, L5, L6 with multiple screws to secure the implants in place.
